Schedule an Appointment now to provide access to your balcony and interior on one of the following dates:

Monday, June 3 through Wednesday, June 5, 2024

Appointments are being made between 8:00am-3:00pm on a first-come first serve basis.

Common area exterior will also be inspected on the below mentioned dates on a first come first serve appointments.

We will adhere to county health guidelines during the course of your appointment. Our inspector will have their personal protective equipment on during your inspection and Available Termite and Pest Specialist would ask that the occupants maintain the county guidelines as well.

You may meet the inspector or choose to provide access to your unit by leaving a key with a neighbor or any authorized person, or in a safe place; please call to notify Available Termite and Pest Specialist on how access will be obtained.
